Jing Carter

Jing Carter is the Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for the overall financial management of PPI. Working with the management team, the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee of the PPI Board of Directors, she ensures the long-term financial health of the organization while managing the day-to-day fiscal operations. Prior to joining PPI, Jing worked as a CFO for a large custom homebuilder in MN, a controller at California State University, Sacramento’s UEI, as a vice president at a leading mutual bank in the Metro Boston area, and additionally has five years of public accounting experience.  Jing further served as a founding board member and treasurer for an ACE Mentoring affiliate in Sacramento, CA working to attract high school students into the construction and design industries.

Jing is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S. from the Central University of Finance & Economics in Beijing and an M.S. in Finance, an MBA in Accounting and Information Systems, and a Ph.D. in Economics all from Clark University in Worcester, MA. She is fluent in Chinese.
