Navigating by the Stars

The PPI Management Team’s constellatory culture offers a conceptual framework for developing the current and future iterations of the team. A constellation is as much about the individual stars as it is about the patterns that the stars form collectively. Each of us must be empowered to shine, and the connections that form the constellation need to be discernable. Our goal is to ensure that the tools and practices are in place for the team members to shine brightly, and collectively we are “in shape”—our work reflects the values that we hold together as a team.

PPI has often used navigation metaphors to describe the purpose of our programs and the PPI Community itself. PPI roundtables, seminars, and salons help our members “navigate uncertain investment landscapes.” Insights from experts and industry thought leaders provide the perspectives our members need to “chart the path forward” for their organizations and constituents. We believe that the constellation formed by the members of the PPI Management Team offers the guiding structure that the PPI Community relies upon for successful navigation of today’s complex economic and geopolitical environment.
