Thomas Johnson joined the Pacific Pension & Investment Institute as the current Executive Assistant, following a successful tenure as Chief of Staff at the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF). During his time at PCF, Johnson was instrumental in preparing executives for speaking engagements and developing donor engagement strategies. He implemented organization-wide project management software and contributed to 15 published scientific manuscripts. Prior to PCF, he served in various roles at the Milken Institute, where he exceeded fundraising targets by 25% and streamlined donor and sponsor agreements.

He holds a BA Honors Degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh and has also studied German Literature and Philology at Freie Universität Berlin.
